This manual has been designed to inform you of building and/or campus information, procedures, and policies to help ensure a pleasant work environment for you here at 75-125 Binney Street.
This manual should be made available to all individuals within your company who are responsible for coordinating activities within 75-125 Binney Street. Although the procedures that follow have been developed out of Alexandria’s experience in property management, changes may develop, and we may provide supplements, updates, or revisions to this manual from time to time without notice.
As used in this manual, “Alexandria” or “we” shall mean the Landlord under your lease, provided, however, that in certain situations Alexandria may contract with an affiliate or a third-party independent contractor to provide services discussed in this manual, and this manual should be read and interpreted in a manner consistent with this provision.
